We believe far more capable intelligence is coming, able to find opportunities we cannot yet see. Turning those discoveries into work requires knowing what resources exist, whether they are usable, who controls them and what is happening now. We are building those connections today so each new generation of intelligence has more of the physical world to work with.

Uncertainty keeps useful resources out of reach.
A suitable truck may be nearby but outside a transporter's familiar contacts. An owner may avoid a new route because the return journey is too uncertain. Making credible options reachable in time can improve today's work and open opportunities people would otherwise pass up. Each participant needs a useful reason to stay connected.

Freight connects the wider economy.
Trucks connect production, stored goods and the people who need them. Our starting network brings together complementary urea, cement and sugar movements using a compatible truck pool. Useful connections between plants, warehouses and transporters can reveal further work the network is equipped to fulfil.

People keep the picture connected to the ground.
A stock record cannot tell the whole story of the goods in a warehouse. A location alone cannot explain why a truck has stopped. Drivers, gate staff and the people responsible for the work know things a system cannot see. Voice gives AI a way to ask, understand what has changed and coordinate the next step with them.

Owners, transporters and plants retain their commercial and operating decisions. Ground Layer should help them understand their options and carry out the work they authorise. Reliable outcomes can earn greater responsibility over time; permission stays specific to the person, resource and task involved.

Finding a match is the beginning. Waiting, breakdowns and changed timings can undo a useful plan. The service we are building follows the work, helps people respond and checks what actually happened. Completed journeys, failed plans and recoveries should teach it how to make the next decision better when those lessons apply.
